1.1 This Cookie Policy explains how AUREVISTAS UI LIMITED, trading as Space Sim ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://space-sim.com. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 We comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the UK GDPR. Except for strictly necessary cookies, we set cookies only with your consent given through the cookie banner or cookie settings.

2. What cookies are

2.1 Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and scripts. First-party cookies are set by us; third-party cookies are set by providers whose services we use, such as payment, analytics and advertising providers.

3. Cookies we use

• Strictly necessary: sign-in to your Account, security, fraud prevention, the checkout and payment process, and recording your cookie choices. These cookies are always active because the Website cannot work without them.
• Functional and performance: remember your preferences, such as language, currency or destination, and help pages load efficiently. Set only with your consent.
• Analytics: help us understand, in aggregate, which destination pages are viewed and how visitors move through the purchase process, so that we can improve the Website. Set only with your consent.
• Marketing and advertising: used by us and our advertising partners to show relevant advertising, limit how often you see it and measure campaigns. Set only with your consent.

3.1 The payment page of our payment service provider may set its own cookies, which are governed by that provider's policies.

4. Managing your choices

4.1 When you first visit the Website, the cookie banner lets you accept or refuse optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings on the Website. If you refuse, only strictly necessary cookies are used.

4.2 You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in or buy a Plan. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. How long cookies are kept

5.1 Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for the period shown in the cookie settings, up to a maximum of 24 months, after which they expire.
